From start to finish Max was very professional.
Same day initial response to our phone call and thereafter gave good advice and realistic timescales which he kept to . We had a new boiler and hive and Max went above and beyond to make sure we knew our options and how to work everything .
Max has previously helped us with boiler services, gas hobs and a new boiler in our previous houses, and we have always been impressed with him! Very honest and always willing to go the extra mile to help.
Max, Adam and Owen have just finished a boiler and central heating system replacement, plus new radiators throughout our new house. They managed to fit us in the week after we moved which we were very impressed by!

Max has been super this week, having no hot water or heating as the temperature dropped has been awful but Max returned my call immediately, came out to quote and started work the next day! (We may have been lucky timing wise) but the whole process has been dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. The quality of work has been excellent and Max has left everywhere he has worked spotless! I would have no doubt in recommending Max and the team, Adam and Owen also came one day to support with a couple of jobs as well. My boiler totally packed up first thing on a Monday morning, typical. No hot water or heating. I phoned Max at CS Heating that same morning and he went over and above to fit me in the next day. By 5:30 Wednesday my shiny new boiler was up and running, heating up the house just before the cold snap set in.
